I received my order, but part of it it’s missing
I replaced an order in eBay for Gardening table and chairs. I received two boxes today been left outside my house and they are only chairs and cushion no tables 2 chairs has got scratch on them.

To get my mony back for a item thats not arrived
It all started on 23 May when I ordered some epoxy resin. First, it was going to be tracked; it was not.
Then, it was going on 48 hrs; no, it was not. Then he said sorry for the delay. Then last Friday, he said it had been shipped. Now, Tuesday 2 June, still no epoxy resin.
I just want my money back. Then he has the cheek to ask for good feedback.

When I called eBay customer service, they said to go to your account then transfer payment.
But when I try to log in, I can't log in and a message pops up that my account is permanently suspended. I don't want to use eBay ever in my life, and I just want my payment back.

My case was closed and the seller received his money back, because he said the record player was damaged, but on return of it to me it was very much damaged (unreliable) I do have photos of the item before I posted it and also the state it come back to me, I just dont understand how this is considered fair when I am the one loosing out, please can you look into this as eBay say I am covered for damages, if you need any more info or photos just let me know, kind regards Terry Unwin (teun42)
P.S I told the buyer about the damage when I received it back and he said that damage was not there when he posted it, only his side of the damage which he said was noisy but I could not test this as the record arm was hanging off.
The video is just before I posted it and as you can see it is in perfect working condition, and then the photos are of the way it was returned to me
